A direct mail design including an envelope, main stage, 5 fashion dolls, a double-sided leaflet with info & promotion.
As an advertisement piece for Art Deco Chic exhibition at the Museum of Vancouver (MOV), the design process began with a careful preliminary research of the exhibition materials: Art Deco style fashion in the 1920's. After multiple sketches and creating a dummy, the final artwork is assembled as a self-standing stage with five fashion dolls for easy doll playing.

The purpose of this piece was to make a visually attractive advertisement that interacts with its receivers and to make them want to keep it as a decoration instead of discarding. The interactive-ness and aesthetics of art deco style of this design enhance the marketing aspect of the direct mail, making the piece more memorable than other simple and straightforward style direct mail advertisements.
